Offers are non-binding

Submitting an offer does not create a binding agreement. A binding agreement exists only after terms are accepted in writing.

Domains may be withdrawn or sold at any time prior to a signed agreement. We do our best to keep the portfolio list current.

If terms are agreed, the parties may use escrow or registrar transfer. The exact method depends on the transaction and mutual agreement.
